  • How long will it take for my order to get here?
    Our orders should reach you within 7-10 working days (customized products take longer to deliver).
  • Can I return my product?
    We are currently not accepting returns on our products, however if there is any issue with your product please get in touch with us at and we will try our best to make you happy :)
  • How do I cancel an order?
    If you change your mind about your order, you can request to cancel it by emailing us at Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery. Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests For Customized Products We are so sorry, but we don’t accept cancellations for customized products. We hope our warmth reaches you and you fall in love with our product!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do ! :) Please write to us, let us know what you would like to purchase, the quantity, your shipping address and phone number. We will write back to you with your total amount within 48 hours!
  • The product I received was damaged. What do I do?
    We're so sorry for the inconvenience! Please do not worry and drop us a mail at with images of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order. We will make sure we sort this out as smoothly as possible!
  • I am not happy with my product. What should I do?
    We are so sorry to hear this. Please write to us. We are always hungry for feedback and would want to know what disappointed you. Hopefully we can make things better! Although we do not issue refunds or returns once order has been placed
  • Do you customize products that are not enlisted in the shop?
    Hell Yes !! If your quantity is slightly large, we could definitely make you something very personalised and customised. Get in touch :)
