We at The Matchbox Studios offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below Rs. 999, the shipping charges are Rs. 70

 

All orders usually gets shipped within 5-7 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days.

 

Exceptions:

For customized products do expect a delivery between 12-15 days as these are made to order. 

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. The Matchbox Studios is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of The Matchbox Studios. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of The Matchbox Studios, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
 

Return / Refund / Replacement : 

 

If you have received a damaged product :
 

• We're so sorry for the inconvenience! Please do not worry and drop us a mail at customercare@thematchbox.co.in with images of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order. We will make sure we sort this out as smoothly as possible!

What do I do if I don't like the product I received ?

• We are so sorry to hear this. Please write to us. We are always hungry for feedback and would want to know what disappointed you. Hopefully we can make things better! Although we do not issue refunds or returns once order has been placed

Cancellation :

• If you change your mind about your order, you can request to cancel it by emailing us at customercare@thematchbox.co.in. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery. Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests

For Customized Products

• We are so sorry, but we don’t accept cancellations for customized products. We hope our warmth reaches you and you fall in love with our product!

 Refund for the cancelled order :

• If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.

• Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
   

Cash On Delivery (COD)

We do not offer cash on delivery payment option.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Customer Service Policy

The Matchbox Studios is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.
 

Care Instructions

If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product. 
 

Measurements/dimensions of products

Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.

At The Matchbox Studios, we go out of our way to give you the kind of distinctive merchandise for which our brand “The Matchbox” is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on www.thematchbox.co.in is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Most www.thematchbox.co.in  products displayed on the website are available while supplies last.

Many of www.thematchbox.co.in  products are manufactured locally. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.
