STEP 1: Choose the type of product you want from the options provided and purchase the product.*
 
STEP 2: After the purchase, we will contact you via email. 
 
STEP 3: To customize your portrait, all you have to do now is reply to that email and attach the relevant photos of the subjects in the portrait for our reference. If there's any special information you want us to know for the portrait, you can mention that in this email too.
(Photos can be in .jpg or .png format and have to be front facing individual pictures of high res quality, so we can clearly see the subject's face.)
 
STEP 4: Make some chai/coffee and relax, while we make your beautiful art for you and deliver this product to you as soon as possible! ☕
 
 
*If you have a special request regarding the portrait that is not there in the options we've provided (for example, you have more than 2 pets/people, or need more personalization)  feel free to contact us via email or phone and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with a quote!
